Russell A. Lee, Broker Associate

Russell A. Lee began his real estate career with Keys Commercial in January 2000. Working as a Tenant Representation and Corporate Relocation Specialist, he was involved in over 1,000,000 square feet of transactions valued at over $70,000,000.00 in his first 2 years.

In June of 2002, Russ became a partner of the NewOption Partners, specializing in Tenant Representation, corporate relocation, facility analysis and transaction management specialties. During that time, Russ represented many of the fastest growing companies across the Front Range, as well as providing services on a national scale to Companies like AMN Healthcare, Webroot Software, Anark Corporation, ColorLink, Pelion Systems, Murphree Venture Partners, Cambridge Technology Capital, The Frontline Group, The Root Group and Intrado in Longmont, Colorado and Chicago. Russ also has experience representing clients in a build to suit capacity and assisted in the development of a real estate acquisition fund.

Russ returned to his roots at Keys Commercial in 2007 seeking to expand in commercial real estate to include in his expertise, Landlord Representation and Acquisition/Disposition.

Russ brings a wealth of experience of working with large corporations to Keys Commercial Real Estate and will be emphasizing on the placement of large office users.

Russ is a member of Commercial Brokers of Boulder (CBB), the Denver Metropolitan Area Board of Realtors (DMCAR) and also serves on the board for The Divide Classic (www.divideclassic.org).
