Chris Jensen’s 9 years of experience in commercial real estate has benefited a diverse selection of clients including Johnson & Johnson, Hitachi, Southwest Research Institute, Crestone Capital Advisors, Porzak Browning & Bushong LLP, Disaster Restoration Inc., Integral Consulting, McStain Neighborhoods Corporate, and many others.

Chris established a formidable presence in the commercial real estate market by assisting clients in completing sale and lease transactions. He handles inquiries on opportunities and market conditions from owners, tenants, brokers, economic development agencies, appraisers, and media representatives on a regular basis.

Chris has considerable experience transacting retail, industrial, and office leases. In addition, his experience in the investment market surpasses $114 million in transaction value. He focuses on owner and tenant representation within the Colorado Front Range market and has emerged as one of Denver/Boulder’s most active, knowledgeable brokers.

Chris enjoys skiing, backpacking, playing hockey, biking, and is a proud father of three girls.
