Boulder-based developer secures loan for project in Denver

  • For $8 million, a vacant retail building in Westminster sold to Mid AM Apartments LP, according to Jefferson County public records. Located at 9050 Wadsworth Parkway, it sold from HD Westminster LLC.
  • A Super 8 Motel, located at 9051 Highway I-76 Road in Henderson sold for $5.5 million, per Adams County public records. It sold from JY Lim LLC to Kong Quy Property LLC.
  • A medical building in Longmont sold for $4.35 million, according to Boulder County public records. Located at 2144 Main St., it sold from Split Mount Commercial LLC to Catalina Vista LLC.
  • A Highlands property, whose tenant is On the Border Mexican Grill, sold for $2.92 million, according to Denver County public records. Located at 8555 S. Quebec St., it sold from DB Triple Dipper Restaurant LLC to Robert Siska.
  • For $1.39 million, a 7,734-square-foot mansion-turned-office at 1133 Pennsylvania St. in Denver sold. The sale was reported by Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors. It sold from CL Swanson Corporation to an owner-occupant buyer.
  • Fuelco Energy LLC leased 81,857 square feet at 14200 E. Moncrieff Pl. in Aurora, Newmark Knight Frank reported.
  • Over 16,000 square feet was leased by ABRA Auto Body and Glass LP, at 1400 W. Dartmouth Ave. in Englewood. This industrial lease was reported by Newmark Knight Frank.
  • In Aurora, Grane Supply Inc. leased 8,275 square feet at 3251 Revere St. This was reported by Newmark Knight Frank.
  • Rizzo International Inc. leased 7,709 square feet at 3538 Peoria St., reported Newmark Knight Frank.
  • MBS Opco LLC leased 4,100 square feet at 2935 Larimer St., reported NAI Shames Makovsky.
  • ProCare Software leased 2,708 square feet at 5690 DTC in Greenwood Village, reported NAI Shames Makovsky.
