DENVER — A downtown Denver office building has sold for $28.9 million.

The Denver Business Journal reports that Capitol Center at 225 E. 16th Ave., located near the state Capitol, was acquired by Capitol Center Property LLC, which shares the same address as Long Beach, Calif.-based Harbor Associates.

The building encompasses 165,770 square feet and was sold by Capitol Center II LLC.
